About Course

Objectives: This course is specially prepared for the students of CBSE schools

How to Learn?: First of all we will discuss the topics in detail, then we will solve some practice questions based on topics. After that we will take some questions which have given in the previous years examination paper conducted by CBSE.

Target: The main motive to design this course is to prepare the students for the competitive examinations for Diploma in Engineering or getting admission (in Class XI) in reputed universities like JNU, JMI, AMU, KVs, NVs etc.

Course Medium: The explanation of this course will be in English.

Algebra: (i) Linear Inequations, (ii) Quadratic Equations in one variable, (iii) Ratio and Proportion, (iv) Factorisation of polynomials, (v) Matrices, (vi) Arithmetic and Geometric Progression, (vii) Co-ordinate Geometry
Geometry: a) Similarity: Similarity, conditions of similar triangles. (b) Loci: Definition, meaning, Theorems and constructions based on Loci. (c) Circles: (i) Angle Properties, (ii) Cyclic Properties, (iii) Tangent and Secant Properties, (iv) Constructions
Mensuration: Area and volume of solids – Cylinder, Cone and Sphere.
